Bar Packages
Providing experienced and exceptional bar services for any event. With an option of packages to choose from, we provide affordable and customizable packages to fit your specific needs.
- Ceremony to take place in the courtyard garden seating up to 175 guests in choice of luxury chairs. Depending on inclement weather, indoor events can be hosted in the indoor reception area. Onsite parking available.
- State of the Art AV, luxury chairs, onsite facilities team, indoor/outdoor space, set up/breakdown, affordable catering & bar options, exquisite chandeliers and unique lighting.
- An air conditioned 3,000 sqft indoor event space accommodating up to 175 guests, with exquisite chandelier lighting, 60″ round tables with padded wooden chairs for guest seating, and Interior AV system (guest to provide media.)
- Rooms available to bride and groom for preparation on-site. Both areas are furnished with elegant sofas and lighting. Room capacity is not to exceed 5 people. Equipped with accessible facilities, programs and services for all people, including those with disabilities.

Deposit
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your date.
Insurance
- One Oak requires that weddings be covered for $1,000,000 worth of wedding liability insurance. Costs usually start at $125.00. A single liability policy should cover your rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception. Some providers include: EventSured.com, EWedInsurance.com, WedSure.com and WedSafe.com.
